About the team

We’re building out our marketing team, so this is your chance to join, and more meaningfully, help build a high performing, effective marketing team. We support people to run their days to work to their strengths - whether that be starting early or later to fit in gym classes or other activities. You will be working alongside and reporting into our Head of Growth, Adriana Amato.

About the role

You will be responsible for communicating to the people who use our platform and are looking to use it. Specifically:

  • Planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, including web SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising
  • Devise, monitor and optimise paid search (PPC) and paid social campaigns
  • Maintaining our social media presence across all digital channels
  • Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital campaigns
  • Lead art and copywriting professionals (outsourcing where needed)
  • Ideating and co-creating with our team on campaign ideas
  • Helping our team with pre-event campaigns and post-event follow-ups
  • Directing the creation of social assets and campaign materials
  • Working with other members of the team on tracking performance
  • Distributing case studies, videos and whitepapers
     

For this role you’ll need to:

  • 5+ experience in marketing a SaaS or B2B product or service
  • A fiendish eye for detail and empathy for our customers
  • Experience in copywriting
  • Bachelor or masters in marketing or a related field
  • Shown experience leading and running SEO/ SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/ or display advertising campaigns
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Knowledge of website analytics tools eg Google Analytics
  • Working knowledge of ad serving tools
  • Experience in setting up and optimising google Adwords
  • Nice to have an understanding of HTML and CSS 
  • Strong analytical skills and data driven thinking
  • Up to date with the latest trends in online marketing and measurement
